Richvane began with a simple observation from the buying side: importers in Germany and Italy were asking Indian chilli suppliers the same questions, and getting vague answers. Is it really 100 percent chilli? Steam or ETO? Can we see the lab report first? What is the ASTA, exactly?

We built Richvane to answer those questions before they are asked. Our team sits between the Guntur chilli belt and the buyers in Europe, with partners on the ground in Andhra Pradesh and in Germany and Italy, so the specification is understood on both ends.

We are not a single mill. We work with a small, vetted group of processors in Guntur and Karnataka, chosen for their cleaning lines, milling control and willingness to be audited, and we route each order to the processor whose treatment and testing fit the buyer's market. That is how we can offer steam sterilisation for Europe, ETO for the USA, and sun-dried untreated pods for extraction, without compromising any of them.

Richvane is a brand of Zyphiel, a proprietorship registered in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, with an Importer-Exporter Code from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade and GST registration in the state. Kakinada is a deep-water port; Visakhapatnam and Chennai are within a day's drive of the Guntur market.
