What happens after you write to us, how long each stage takes, how the goods are packed and which Incoterm suits you.
Enquiry and specification
You send a specification or build one on this site. We confirm what we can guarantee on the current crop and flag anything we cannot.
Reply within one working daySamples
Representative samples of 250 g to 1 kg go out by courier for your own laboratory testing. Sample quantity and courier cost are confirmed with the dispatch date.
Dispatched within five working daysQuotation and contract
Price per metric tonne under your Incoterm, with validity, lead time, packing, payment terms and the testing plan written into the proforma invoice.
Validity 7 to 14 daysProcessing, treatment and testing
Milling or grading to the agreed specification, market-matched treatment, and laboratory testing of the shipment lot. Reports are shared before stuffing.
2 to 3 weeks from confirmationPacking and stuffing
Export bags on fumigated pallets or floor-loaded as agreed, container stuffing with photographs, seal number recorded.
1 to 2 daysCustoms and sailing
Shipping bill filed under our IEC and AD code, phytosanitary certificate obtained from the plant quarantine authority, health certificate and Spices Board analytical report for EU lots, bill of lading issued. Document pack emailed before the vessel departs; FDA prior notice filed for US cargo at least eight hours before arrival.
3 to 5 days to sailingArrival support
Original documents couriered or released electronically; we stay available for import queries, labelling questions and re-orders.

Incoterms: FOB is standard, the rest on request
Most importers prefer to control their own freight, so we quote FOB by default. If you would rather receive one landed price, we arrange the rest through our freight partners.
FOB, Free On Board
Our standard. We deliver the container on board the vessel at Kakinada, Visakhapatnam or Chennai with export clearance done. You or your forwarder arrange the sea freight and insurance.
CFR, Cost and Freight
We book and pay the sea freight to your port; you arrange insurance. Useful if you want us to handle the vessel booking.
CIF, Cost, Insurance and Freight
As CFR, plus marine insurance in your name. One price to your port of discharge.
DAP, Delivered At Place
We deliver to your warehouse door with import duties for your account. Arranged through our freight partners for buyers who want a single landed price.

Kakinada Deep Water Port INKAK
Our home port, 252 km from the Guntur market by road. Container terminal with mobile harbour cranes; services to the Gulf, Africa and, via Colombo, the USA.
Visakhapatnam INVTZ
392 km from Guntur. Container terminal of 1.3 million TEU capacity with weekly services to Europe, the USA and the Far East.
Krishnapatnam INKRI
267 km from Guntur. Deep-draft Adani port with a container terminal, convenient for full-container loads from the southern belt.
Chennai INMAA
416 km from Guntur. Two container terminals and the widest choice of direct sailings and consolidation.
Payment
Advance against proforma invoice for first orders, then irrevocable letter of credit at sight or documents against payment for established buyers. Bank details are issued only on our letterhead and confirmed by a call, never by email alone.

500 to 1,000 kg jumbo bag (FIBC) with liner
For extraction plants and large grinders.
10 kg or 20 kg export bags with sealed inner liner
Smaller consignments and distributors; same liner and outer bag as the 25 kg pack.
Private-label retail packs, 100 g to 1 kg
Pouches or jars with your artwork, packed under FSSAI licence.
Bags are printed with product name, lot number, net weight, origin, packing date and your label text. Pallets are heat-treated to ISPM 15 when palletised loads are requested.

- Phytosanitary certificate, when the importing country requires it
- Batch certificate of analysis (NABL-accredited laboratory)
- Steam sterilisation or ETO treatment certificate
- Export Inspection Council health certificate with Spices Board analytical report (mandatory for chilli to the EU since 2016)
- Ethylene oxide test report for EU and UK lots
- Fumigation certificate, when required
- Sudan-dye-free, allergen and non-GMO declarations
- Insurance certificate for CIF shipments
