Red chilli powder
HS code 0904.22: Fruits of the genus Capsicum, dried, crushed or ground.
Single-variety powders and custom blends, milled to 40 to 80 mesh, moisture held under 10 percent at packing. Supplied untreated, steam-sterilised or ETO-treated to suit the destination market.
Teja S17 chilli powder
The hottest of the Guntur commercial varieties. Thin skin, high capsaicin, favoured by extractors and hot-sauce makers.
Sannam S4 (334) chilli powder
The classic Guntur export chilli. Balanced heat and colour, thick skin, the variety most of the world already knows.
341 chilli powder
A colour-forward Guntur hybrid: deep red ASTA with medium heat, for blends that need to look as good as they taste.
Byadgi chilli powder
Karnataka's colour chilli: wrinkled, dark crimson pods with very high ASTA and gentle heat.
Kashmiri-type chilli powder
Vivid red, very mild. The powder chefs reach for when colour matters more than heat.
Custom chilli blends and ratios
Tell us the ASTA and SHU you need. We blend varieties in fixed ratios so every lot lands on your target.
Whole dried red chillies
HS code 0904.21: Fruits of the genus Capsicum, dried, neither crushed nor ground.
Whole pods for buyers who grind at destination or need visible chillies for pickling, brining and retail packs. Graded for length, colour and breakage, with stem or de-stemmed, and fumigated or steam-treated as required.
Teja S17 whole dried chillies
Slender, fiery, bright red pods. The variety China, Thailand and the extraction industry buy by the container.
Sannam S4 (334) whole dried chillies
Long, thick-skinned, evenly red. The most exported Guntur pod, with GI protection.
Byadgi whole dried chillies
Wrinkled, deep crimson Kaddi and Dabbi pods for colour extraction and mild, rich curries.
Chilli flakes and crushed chilli
HS code 0904.22: Fruits of the genus Capsicum, dried, crushed or ground.
Crushed from cleaned, sun-dried pods on low-heat mills so the flakes stay red and the seeds stay whole. Cut size, seed ratio and heat level are set to your specification.
Turmeric powder
HS code 0910.30: Turmeric (curcuma).
Turmeric fingers are boiled, sun-dried and polished before milling. Standard lots test at 2 to 3 percent curcumin; high-curcumin lots of 4 percent and above are available on request. Every lot is tested for lead chromate and other colourants.
