Red chilli flakes and crushed chilli
Pizza-table flakes to industrial crushed chilli. Cut size 2 to 6 mm, seeds in or out, heat set by variety.
Red flakes with pale seeds
About Chilli flakes
We crush Teja for a hot flake, Sannam for a balanced one and 341 or Byadgi for a red, mild flake. The pods are de-stemmed and cleaned before crushing, and flakes are screened to remove fines so the product looks the same at the bottom of the bag as at the top. Seed content can be held at the natural level (about 30 to 40 percent), reduced, or removed entirely.
