What we collect

When you send an enquiry, sample request or message we receive the details you type: name, company, email address, phone number, country, delivery address and the specification you describe. We use them to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, dispatch samples and, if you become a customer, to fulfil orders. The legal basis under the GDPR is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Your browser's language preference and dismissed notices are stored locally on your device only.

Where data goes

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through a transactional email service and may be stored in our email and customer records. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta Platforms processes that conversation under its own terms. We may share your delivery address with courier companies to send samples.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, for customers, for the period required by Indian tax and export law. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@richvane.com. If you are in the European Union you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
